1. Provider
The Sticked website is operated by Urška Šturm Šokić, s.p., Obrtniška ulica 18, 6000 Koper (the “provider”). Sticked offers personalized digital invitations made to order.
2. Service
Orders are placed through the website. After choosing a package (MINI, CLASSIC or PREMIUM) and, where applicable, a template, and after payment, the provider creates the invitation manually. Final files are emailed, usually within 24 hours of successful payment, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and apply at the time of order. Payment is processed via the provider’s payment system. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. For PREMIUM, the price may differ from the “from” amount for larger requests — we will contact you before finishing in that case.
4. Delivery
Sticked currently provides digital delivery (files by email). You are responsible for providing a correct email address. The provider is not liable for delays caused by an incorrect address or issues with your email provider.
5. Withdrawal
Because this is digital content made to order based on your details, production is considered started once work begins. Withdrawal after payment and the start of production is generally not available, unless we agree otherwise or the law requires it.
6. Copyright
Templates, artwork and final invitations are protected. You receive the right to use your ordered invitation for your event. Commercial redistribution of templates or resale without permission is not allowed.
